Enjoy more ease + aliveness
Somatic, trauma-informed coaching centering BIPOC creatives, empaths + activists
Welcome!
Hi! I’m Jenn (she/her), CPCC, CTRC, SEP-in-training. I offer racialized folks a compassionate, supportive space to help you live a fully embodied and liberated life on your terms.
Dear one, I see you. Yes, YOU!
I see how, in a world that often doesn’t feel safe for those of us with marginalized identities, you experience constant disruptions to your sense of belonging, dignity and confidence. I see you questioning if something is wrong with you for not fitting into dominant culture, your family or community (btw, there’s nothing wrong with you!). I see your exhaustion from years of perfectionism, overachieving, hyper productivity and assimilation in order to get by in a system not built for us.
Trauma (and traumatizing systems) disconnect us from ourselves, our felt experience, from others and the world around us. Yet, all of us belong and all parts of us belong.
Let’s work together to help you access more connection, joy and self-trust. Imagine feeling at home in your own skin no matter where you are!

Embodying your wholeness
Whether you’re aware of it or not, the lasting effects of overwhelming or stressful experiences may be impacting your relationship to self and others, your health and wellbeing, your work, your sense of purpose, your capacity and more.
With Somatic Experiencing practices you’ll build the essential skills of tending to your nervous system, releasing trauma stored in your tissues, increasing access to your innate body wisdom and growing your ability to navigate life’s challenges (including dominant culture bs).
I’m a certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner-in-training specializing in racialized, intergenerational, developmental, attachment and complex trauma. I’d be so honored to accompany you on your healing journey!

Giving less fucks
“Jenn skillfully creates a space where we can be our whole selves, no matter what we bring to our group sessions. I had no idea how much I needed a space like this. Being in regular community with other creative, intelligent Asian women who understand my lived experience without explanation has helped me not only weather the last few months but encouraged me to lean into my cultural identity. One of the things I wanted from this experience was to give less fucks about what other people think and now I’m giving a lot less fucks.”
